A keynote transfers information one way. A panel transfers it slightly less efficiently. A dinner is something else entirely.
Around a table, an experienced entrepreneur is not performing. They are answering questions. And the questions get better as the evening goes on, because people stop trying to sound impressive and start trying to learn.
The format matters
We ask guests to talk about decisions, mistakes, and the moments they were not sure what to do. Not the highlight reel. The working notes.
That is what someone at the beginning of the journey needs to hear. Not that it worked out, but how it felt before anyone knew whether it would.
